Vinyasa Yoga is a gentle yet dynamic, athletic form of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures that helps to strengthen, stretch, and cleanse the body, mind, and spirit.This is an instructor led class.
Hatha Yoga is the foundation of all Yoga styles. It incorporates postures, breathing, and meditation into a complete system that is a great source of gentle exercise and stress management. The ideal way to practice the Hatha Yoga is to approach the practice session in a calm, meditative mood. This is a calm movement class that will stretch, strengthen, and relax. Great for beginners! Our yoga classes are open to both men and women.
